This licence falls outside the terms of the Landlord and Tenant Act and the Agricultural Tenancies Act. It is like a contract to take what grows on the land, rather
than occupy the land. It gives no rights to the licensee and can be terminated easily.

Use this as agreement for a period of up to 12 months at which time the agreement can be renewed as long as the licensee has vacated the land for a few days. This
agreement is suitable for any animal and any crop.
