The following agreements comply with the 2006 Agricultural Tenancies Order. They are all suitable for use for any farm business tenancy. You should not use for the lease of rural buildings for non-agricultural use such as tractor repair, however
they may be used for rural buildings, which are used for pig breeding or mushroom growing.

This agreement is in short form for the short term letting of land under the Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995, giving flexible provisions in line with the 2006 Agricultural Tenancies Order.

|

This is a full agreement suitable if you are letting an area of land, farm or holding for more than two years, if the lease is for more than seven years use Farm business tenancy agreement - for seven years or more - with PLCs.
