This licence falls outside the terms of the Landlord and Tenant Act and the Agricultural Tenancies Act. This is an agreement/licence to graze take what grows on the land, rather
than occupy the land itself. It gives no rights to the licensee and can be terminated very easily.

Use this as agreement for a period of up to 12 months at which time the agreement can be renewed as long as the licensee has
vacated the land for a few days. This agreement is suitable for horses as well as any animal and any crop.
